Its identity comes from the site itself — existing proportions and material character shape a quieter alternative to the riverside tower hotel.方案將精品酒店置入虹口細密的城市肌理：紅磚建築、層疊門檻與巷弄庭院網絡。其識別來自基地本身——既有比例與材料性格，塑造有別於江畔塔樓酒店的安靜替代。
